The House of Lords provided a fitting back drop for the presentation of the first ICW Annual Collaboration Awards. Hosted by Lord Evans of Watford and sponsored by The British Standard Institution the event was attended by close to 200 guests to celebrate collaborative working. This is our first awards programme drew some 67 submissions from across Public sector, Industry and Academia providing significant challenges for the Judges to select winners. Details of the short listed nominations can be found on the ICW website we are pleased to advise the winners across the nominated categories, together with some specifically recognised by the Judges:
In addition to the main awards the judges felt that two additional submissions deserved recognition, reflecting the highly competitive nature and quality of the submissions:
Our congratulations to the winners and to all those shortlisted. The Institute believe the quality of the submissions this year is a credit to all those organisations who took part and heralds the recognition of collaborative working across all sectors. We look forward to an even greater number of entries next year which will hopefully include an international category to coincide with the publication of ISO 11000.
Our thanks to the team from BSI for their support and to the Judges for their efforts to disseminate such a comprehensive and diverse number of entries.
