      <description>&lt;p&gt;The aim of this course is to help organisations to establish their own in-house capabilities to develop and maintain effective collaborative working. After this course delegates will have a deep understanding of collaborative business relationship management, including the use of tools and techniques for identifying and managing risks and benefits.
