The ICW Leadership Development Programme is designed to help collaborative leaders understand how their behaviours shape trust, influence performance, and drive the success of collaborative relationships.

Participants will gain powerful insight into how they are experienced by others, the things that may be limiting their effectiveness, and how to develop the self-awareness and behavioural capability needed to confidently lead collaborations across complex organisational and stakeholder boundaries.
