Summary

Leigh is an ICW associate, responsible for delivering all ICW training in Wales. He has International experience within the mining, manufacturing and defence industry, where he successfully built effective teams to deliver organisational objectives. A long serving advocate of collaborative working, Leigh has held Directorship and Senior Management roles, with responsibility for developing and implementing organisational strategy, continuous improvement initiatives, and supplier development programems to improve operational efficiency and cost competitiveness.

Key Experience

A facilitator for BS 11000 and holding vast experience in business improvement, cost reduction and collaboration. Leigh spent almost two decades working in the fields of finance, procurement and supply chain and was a director for the first company in the UK to win the prestigious Shingo Silver Medallion Award for Operational Excellence. Leigh now offers training programmes in collaborative working on behalf of ICW.
