The premier course for aspiring experts, to gain a full and detailed understanding of requirements for collaboration success. Candidates will get a full appreciation of ISO 44001, the international standard for collaborative business relationships. The aim is to help organisations establish their own in-house capabilities to develop and maintain effective collaborative working. Delegates will have a deep understanding of collaborative business relationship management, and all associated strategic, engagement and management aspects.

  • Be able to identify business objectives and risk constraints for effective engagement, as well as identify the strategy and process for selecting partners.
  • Be aware of effective policies for developing the right working model for organisations and engaging a partner into a relationship.
  • Understand the importance of continuous improvement innovation and value creation to develop the relationship to its fullest extent.
  • Recognise the importance and how to measure/monitor effective relationship performance.
  • Understand the critical importance of defining an exit strategy for managed disengagement.
