Amey's Defence Managing Director Tim Redfern and Steve Fulcher (Business Support Director) hosted an ICW event to share their philosophy and experience of operating in a collaborative environment.

The session examined the cultural challenges to effective partnerships and the approaches that Amey and the Defence Infrastructure Organisation have taken to overcome them against a backdrop of significant external pressure.

The discussion examined some of the fundamental behaviours of teams and individuals needed to create an environment of trust and successful outcomes.
