Our own research has highlighted the potential adverse impact of ineffective collaborative behaviours on project delivery, namely in terms of project delay and work hours spent. Join us on 4th June, from 14:00-15:00, to further explore the impact of such behaviours and how we might help mitigate this risk. We will be joined by (Michelle Mortlock, Richard Holm, Julie Wood, Matthew Rumble and Gill Jordison), who will be sharing their own experiences of ineffective collaborative behaviours and what has worked well to help reduce the adverse impact these behaviours may have.
Hear about the experiences of our group of experts, their challenges and what they have learned.
