Das Institute for Collaborative Working (ICW) gilt als Vordenker und treibende Kraft hinter der Entwicklung der ISO 44001 (Managementsysteme für partnerschaftliche Geschäftsbeziehungen - Anforderungen und Rahmenwerk).

Ziel des ICW ist es, kollaborative Geschäftsbeziehungen als professionelle Unternehmensdisziplin zu etablieren, um Organisationen aller Branchen und Größen dabei zu helfen, effektive und wettbewerbsfähige Partnerschaften auf der Grundlage bewährter Methoden für die Zusammenarbeit zu entwickeln.

Unsere Ziele

Die Ziele des ICW Deutschland sind:

• Förderung von Entwicklung und Wachstums der kollaborativen Arbeitsweise in Deutschland und anderen Ländern
• Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit deutscher und internationaler Unternehmen durch die effiziente Umsetzung von Partnerschaften und Business Ecosystemen
• Entwicklung und Anwendung von Best Practices und Methoden, die an die Unternehmenskultur und die Marktbedingungen angepasst sind
• Aufklärung und Ausbildung von KMUs und Großunternehmen aller Sektoren, mit dem Ziel der erfolgreichen Umsetzung von Partnerschaften und kollaborativen Arbeitsweisen
• Zugang zu Ressourcen und Netzwerken schaffen, um den geschäftlichen Austausch und die weitere Forschung und Entwicklung von Methoden zu erleichtern

Unser Ansatz

Durch enge Verbindungen zu Unternehmen, Verbänden, Interessengruppen und anderen Gemeinschaften bietet das ICW einen Ort für den Austausch von Ideen und Ressourcen zum Aufbau produktiver Geschäftsbeziehungen.

Die ICW bietet Beratung und Training durch autorisierte Lehrkräfte, insbesondere für Organisationen die die ISO 44001 anwenden wollen.

The Institute for Collaborative Working (ICW) is recognised as the thought leaders and driving force behind the development of ISO 44001, the Collaborative Business Relationship Framework Standard.

The goal of the ICW is establishing collaborative working as a professional business discipline to help organisations in all sectors and all sizes to develop effective and competitive partnerships based on collaborative work best practices.

The objective of ICW Germany are:

• promote the development and growth of collaborative working practices in Germany and other countries
• increase the competitiveness of German and international businesses by leveraging the power of partnerships and ecosystems
• develop and apply best practices and methodologies adjusted to German business culture and market conditions
• provide training and raise awareness on collaborative work to SMBs and Enterprises in all sectors
• provide access to resources and networking to facilitate business exchange and research

Our Approach

Through close connections to businesses, associations, stakeholders, and other communities, the ICW offers organizations a place for exchanging ideas and resources for establishing productive business ties.

The ICW offers advice and training via authorized practitioners, especially for organisations looking to apply the ISO 44001.
