Collaborative skills are becoming a value added commodity as the use of collaborative business models increases. The introduction of the international standard ISO 44001 is only part of the solution. Developing individual capability to harness the benefits of collaboration is principle aim of the institute. 22nd July 2020: Awareness an Introduction to Collaborative Working - One-day
This programme has been specifically developed as a baseline introduction to collaborative working which highlights the impacts of behaviours and the benefits of working together for front line staff. Delegates will gain an understanding of the organisations objectives in working collaboratively, know how to behave in a collaborative environment. Understand what to say, what not to say or do to support a collaborative project and how they can create value for themselves and the project.
