The ICW Awards provided us with the opportunity to present the first company to achieve recognition under the ICW Affliation to B2B Performance Management. As collaborative working becomes more mainstream and the adoption of the International Standard ISO 44001 increases, so for ICW it is important that organisations get the best possible advice and support to harness the benefits. The Consultant Affiliation Programme not only sets a standard for best practice it also provides an opprotunity for ICW to embrace specilist skills.

Congratulations to B2B, John Doyle and his team - we look forward to working with you all.

Each year the selection process becomes more challenging but eventually we arrived at some worthy winners and our congratulations to them all.

Congratulations to all those short listed for this year's awards. We had a great evening at the House of Lords to celebrate collaborative working and another successful year for ICW and our thanks to BSI for sponsoring the event and to those member companies that sponsored individual awards. Despite the weather and the diversions of the general election we had a bumper turnout of members and friends.

ISO’s International Standard for Business Collaboration, ISO 44001, helps organisations get the most out of working together. A new guidance document provides further insight to help them take it to the next step.

The benefits of collaboration in the business world are many, and include the generation of innovative ideas, reduced costs through efficiencies and sharing of resources and access to new services and technologies.

‘ISO 44001, Collaborative Business Relationship Management Systems – Requirements and Framework’, assists companies in establishing and improving collaborative relationships, both within and between organisations.

Now organisations can take the guidance to another level with the recently published ‘ISO 44002, Collaborative Business Relationship Management Systems — Guidelines on the Implementation of ISO 44001’. It provides in-depth knowledge and understanding of the requirements in ISO 44001 to help organisations implement it most effectively.

ISO 44002 provides specific guidance for establishing, developing and managing third-party relationships using the eight-stage life-cycle as detailed in ISO 44001. The information given in the new standard enables organisations to successfully integrate the ISO 44001 business collaboration framework into their existing management systems, processes and procedures, to optimsze the benefits of collaborating.

ISO 44002 is now available for purchase from your national ISO member or the ISO Store.
